 2. Waist length from lower edge of collar to waist "A" to "B"

 4. Across 1/2 back from "D" to "E"
 5. Full sleeve inseam "V" to end of sleeve
 6. All around chest well up under arms on line "J"
 7. For women around bust at "V"
 8. Around natural waistline at "B"

 Take following measurements over bare leg:    
 1. Outseam from top of belt "A" to floor in stocking feet "C"
 2. Inseam from well up in crotch to floor in stocking feet "F" to "C"
 3. Top of belt to garter - below knee cap "A" to "N"
 4. Around waist "A"
 5. Around largest part of seat at "B"
 6. Around bare knee "M" in bent position
 7. Around small of leg between knee and calf at "N"
 8. Around largest part of calf at "O"
 9. Bell bottom - give shoe size
